We craft every gas cylinder liner from high-quality 6061 aluminum alloy. The production process includes punching, drawing, heat treatment, CNC flow forming spinning, and specialized inner surface treatment. This guarantees consistent wall thickness and minimal variance across all units.
Each cylinder is built from composite materials for maximum strength and storage capacity. The structure consists of four protective layers:
Aluminum liner
Carbon fiber wrap
Glass fiber wrap
Outer gel protection
This multi-layer design offers outstanding pressure resistance and long-term durability.
