⭐Operation method of electric air pump.

 

1. Check the amount of oil before each use, the oil should exceed the red dot, but not too much. The oil that is exported to foreign countries is taken out and needs to be added by itself.

2. Replace the breathing plug. Change the oil cover used for transportation to a strip-shaped breathing plug.
3. Loosen the air bleed screws on both sides before starting the machine. (Remember, the machine needs to start under zero pressure. If the bleeder screw is not loosened, the machine will not start. After starting the machine, tighten the bleed screws on both sides to press normally. After the end of the inflation, loosen the deflate screw and then deflate, then take the inflation joint.)

4. To install the water pump, you need to put the water pump into the water. The more cold water, the better. After the water pump is normally circulated, the electric air pump can be turned on. Manually shut down after reaching the required pressure, the whole process needs attention, and it is forbidden to leave.
5. The mechanical pressure gauge directly screws the pointer to the required pressure. When the pressure rises to the set pressure after starting, it will automatically stop.
6. Press the “SET” button to set the required pressure. Press “ON” to start the machine, When the pressure rises to the set pressure, it will stop automatically.

 

⭐Separator installation method

 

Unscrew the hose and the female, and the separator is placed between the hose and the female. Add a white PTFE gasket to the hose and separator connection.

⭐Problem handling

 

1. Unable to start. There is a current sound, the machine can’t be turned, you need to check if the bleeder screw is unscrewed and save the zero pressure to start.
2. Can’t start, no current sound, check if the motor protection switch pops up, you need to press it. Start the machine again.
3. If there is a current sound, the machine can’t be turned. After unplugging the power plug, use a steel rod to move the fan. Be careful not to damage the fan blades.
4.  When the safety pressure is exceeded, the explosion-proof valve will be relieved, and a new explosion-proof copper piece needs to be replaced. The figure below shows the location of the explosion-proof valve.
5.  Clean the high pressure check valve and clean the high pressure check valve if it is not possible to apply high pressure. The figure below shows the position of the high pressure check valve.
