Unlike traditional steel respirators, our cylinders are made from lightweight aluminum or aluminum composite materials. This results in a 40%–70% reduction in weight, making them ideal for people with respiratory conditions.

Thanks to their lightweight and durable design, our cylinders serve a wide range of uses. They are widely adopted in outdoor shooting, paintball, and other recreational fields. These cylinders are used to fill smaller tanks with compressed air for storage, which is far more convenient and efficient than relying on an on-site compressor.

We craft every gas cylinder liner from high-quality 6061 aluminum alloy. The production process includes punching, drawing, heat treatment, CNC flow forming spinning, and specialized inner surface treatment. This guarantees consistent wall thickness and minimal variance across all units.

Each cylinder is built from composite materials for maximum strength and storage capacity. The structure consists of four protective layers:

  1. Aluminum liner

  2. Carbon fiber wrap

  3. Glass fiber wrap

  4. Outer gel protection

This multi-layer design offers outstanding pressure resistance and long-term durability.

These cylinders are composed of composite materials, offering exceptional pressure resistance and high-volume storage capabilities. They are structured into four distinct layers: the first being an aluminum liner, the second a carbon fiber wrap, the third a glass fiber wrap, and the fourth a gel protection layer.
